We are a community-centered organization that believes in embracing change and following
a process of lifelong learning to strengthen our expertise and knowledge in the
constantly evolving field of technology. We encourage ordinary people to do extraordinary
things. Our staff is made up of very talented and enthusiastic men and women.

Al Harlow
Founder, President & CEO
Al has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience with technical companies, started
from the ground up. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado
in Boulder, Colorado; continued his education at the School of Visual Arts in New
York City and Fairfield University in Fairfield Connecticut and has been published
in several technical journals. (For a recent article regarding cloud computing,

Danette Harlow
Office Administrator
Danette takes care of the office administration chores. She received a Bachelor
of Science in Education at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. She
has recent professional experience managing an office for 3 years and 4 years previous
experience as a teacher. Current responsibilities include staff management, employee
training and instruction, bookkeeping, payroll, client/customer relations and human
resources.

Mike Kovacic
Chief Systems Administrator
Mike is hands-on every day, keeping the servers operating and customers happy. He
is always willing to lend a helping hand with answers to your technical questions.
Microsoft certified, Mike has his MCSE, MCSA and MCP.

Ryan Knapp
Lead Developer
Ryan has extensive technical expertise in hardware and software aspects of Software
and Web Development. His credentials include an Associates Degree in Software Application
and Programming and pursuing a Bachelors in Software Engineering. Ryan codes client
web applications in C# and ASP.NET with knowledge of Java, C, C++, SQL, Visual Basic
and others. Like other iNamics’ team members, Ryan contributes to project development
as either the team leader or in a supporting function.

Edwin Burns
Consultant
Edwin’s extensive website and database development experience gives iNamics the
ability to build a customized solution to specific client needs. In addition to
being a Cisco Network Analyst and programming in ASP.NET, Edwin holds credentials
and expertise for Internet marketing with specialty in search engine optimization.
