iNamics Staff
We are a community-centered organization that believes in embracing change and following
a process of lifelong learning to strengthen our expertise and knowledge in the
constantly evolving field of technology. We encourage ordinary people to do extraordinary
things. Our staff is made up of very talented and enthusiastic men and women.
(Depending on the degree and number of projects in-house, our staff size will fluctuate.)

of our staff.
iNamics Management

Al Harlow, Founder, President & CEO , has over 30 years of experience building
companies from the ground up. iNamics is one of his numerous ventures and the one
he finds the most rewarding. Consulting with him is always filled with useful information
for young businesses and start-ups. He received a BA in Economics from the University
of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado and continued his education at the School of Visual
Arts in New York City and Fairfield University in Fairfield Connecticut. He likes
to say, however, that most his education has come from the "School of Hard-knocks",
which are the invaluable leasons of life.

Greg Striecher, Chief Financial Officer , watches over issues regarding our
company's growth strategies, execution of our business plan, analytics, sales and
marketing. His experience is in the banking industry, small business and accounting
practices and is in direct communication with our shareholders and investors. He
got his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and received his Masters
of Business Administration degree from Thunderbird, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Ashley Tozzi, VP of Administration & Finance , works closely with accounts
and our staff, making sure our office systems are running smoothly and customer
service is handled professionally and intelligently. She received her BA in Business
Administration from Ursuline College, in Pepper Pike, Ohio.

Mike Kovacic, Chief Systems Administrator, is hands-on every day, keeping
the servers operating and customers happy. He is always willing to lend a helping
hand with answers to your technical questions. Microsoft certified, Mike has his
MCSE, MCSA and MCP.

Chris Sabo, Systems Administrator’s expertise lies in operating
and consumer software as well as hardware installation, upgrades and maintenance.
Chris installs the systems, configures software to specific applications and monitors
the system’s performance for both customers and iNamics. His primary experience
has been with Linux, Windows operating systems and hardware specific configuration
and administration software. Chris received an Associate of Applied Science in Computer
Networking degree in 2009.

Cory Szymanowski, Web Master / Art Director is the man who conceptualizes
the layout of our applications and creates visually appealing and functionally sound
design for each client. Cory’s degrees in Web Development, Software development
and Communication Technology complement his experience in Graphic design and Website
Design & Development. He is also responsible for Standards Compliance and insuring
accurate Navigation and Information Architecture.

Edwin Burns, Lead Developer & SEO Specialist programs the codes
for customers’ applications and works as a project manager for key client accounts.
Edwin’s extensive website and database development experience gives iNamics the
ability to build a customized solution to specific client needs. In addition to
being a Cisco Network Analyst and programming in ASP.NET, Edwin holds credentials
and expertise for Internet marketing with specialty in search engine optimization.

Ryan Knapp, Key Developer has technical expertise in hardware and
software with Networking and Website Development focus of his experience and Degrees.
Ryan codes client web applications in C# ASP.NET Java, C++, SQL and others. Like
other iNamics’ team members, Ryan contributes to project development as either the
team leader or in a supporting function.

Greg Stachurski, Key Developer has the experience in Networking,
Website Development and Database design to both lead and support application projects.
Greg received a degree in Networking Systems and had a focus on 3D modeling in CAD.
His networking and data base expertise is in SQL and Windows. Greg designs Website
applications in C# ASP.NET, XML, Java Script, VBSCript, HTML and others. Greg’s
versatile experience has allowed him to contribute to the iNamics’ team in a variety
of ways. Greg is scheduled to finish his associates degree in computer networking
systems from ITT Tech, Spring, 2010.

Terry Moenkhaus, Senior Developer, concentrates on special projects,
including iPhone and mobile apps. Terry is very creative and articulate, and has
the ability to make sense of complicated ideas. An Abe Lincolnis contributions to iNamics are
ongoing, and many people rely upon him for his input, self-taught knowledge and talents.
