JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
No experience necessary. We will train and pay you while you get certified in this
exciting new field of search engine marketing. As a Certified SEO Specialist at
iNamics, you will work as part of our Internet marketing team. Your involvement
will range from keyword research and selection, link building strategy development
and implementation, page coding, copywriting management, report generation and delivery.
You will work directly with clients and our managers to help build our growing search
engine optimization and conversion business. This is a ground-floor opportunity
with an established, privately funded company.
As a Certified SEO Specialist, you'll manage all aspects of the search engine
marketing and optimization in accordance with procedure guidelines. You will be
responsible for all stages of the business process, supporting new and existing
client projects. Your goal will be to maximize search engine placement and optimization
for clients. You will interact with them directly, along with our marketing staff,
management and vendors to ensure our SEO solutions for industry are the best available
in the competitive, fast-paced online marketplace. You'll develop into an enterprise-level
SEM and SEO practitioner, proactively tracking and recommending changes to achieve
greater ROI. You'll write and implement titles, meta tags and keywords for customer
Web sites; create and ensure processes to achieve total page compliance for proper
SEO. You'll communicate best practices across the enterprise; make optimal use
of our staff and other resources; gather marketing requirements from a broad range
of internal and external contacts, and maximize distribution by search engines by
ensuring issues are communicated, addressed, and resolved proactively.
Skills Required: A Technical, Associates or Bachelor's education experience
or degree in marketing, computer science, MIS, business administration. Only a proven
ability to multitask and manage parallel projects or tasks is required for this
position. Interpersonal, customer, and project management skills are desirable.
Effective written and verbal communication, while the ability to use sound and accurate
judgment when making difficult decisions is a must as well. Knowledge of product
marketing and the understanding of effective Web design, marketing and online advertising
is advantageous but not required. Technical marketing skills that include the creation
of content and graphics on Web sites -- including promotional pages, advertising,
and other content will be a distinct advantage to the candidate and additional consideration
will be given to these candidates.
Manager's Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of search engine optimization experience
working with software such as WordTracker and ThemeMaster, plus excellent writing
skills and command of the English language. Computer skills must include proficiency
with Microsoft Office. Must have excellent attention to detail, the ability to project
manage, multi-task and lead effectively. The ideal applicant must have proven knowledge
in Internet marketing and advertising, excellent communication and negotiation skills,
and a proven track record working with both paid and organic search engines, directories,
and portals.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in keyword research, report generation, copywriting, and implementation.
- Working with the major PPC search engines such as Google and Overture to launch
new advertising campaigns. - Compiling performance data and developing weekly and
monthly reports. - Optimizing keyword copy to maximize conversion rates Setting
campaigns in bid management and tracking tools Research developing trends in search
engine optimization across all major engines. - Seeking out link partners for strategic
inbound linking.

to changing conditions and manage expectations. You'll learn how to effectively
work on cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives to technology team

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Must have a working knowledge of C#, HTML, JavaScript, MS SQL, VisualStudio.NET,
etc., HTML editor applications such as MS FrontPage, Macromedia’s Flash and Dreamweaver.
Must be well organized and work in close proximity and be able to delegate work
to others. Does not require a bachelor's degree but must show a high degree
of knowledge and motivation in a related area (preferably computer science) and
at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area (preferably in
.NET web site design, programming and implementation) and/or engaged in obtaining
an advanced degree in a related area. Must rely on own experience and judgement
to plan, execute and accomplish goals. Must be able to perform a variety of tasks.
Should be capable of working efficiently with little to no supervision with a high
degree of creativity and latitude. Must be able to perform a variety of complicated
