Our Philosophy Regarding SEO:

No ethical SEO company can guarantee top 10 rankings. Even the search engine companies in their policies state that they make “no guarantee on even being listed” with them.  But what iNamics DOES guarantee is to fully optimize the pages for the keywords selected using our developed skills, proprietary knowledge and software and by following the industry’s “best practices”.  Still, with this said, we will make every effort within legal boundaries to get your website listed as high as possible for your selected keywords.

iNamics SEO pricing is based on completing the initial work, typically taking a minimum of 3 months; which is a reasonable time to at least start to see the results of this work.  Depending on the program you chose, the price includes optimizing a determined number of pages for your selected number of primary keywords or phrases -- which is one to three primary keyword per page.  For technical reasons based on the limits of the technology, optimizing for more keywords than three per page is essentially impractical.  Your cost depend on the number of keywords optimized per page and the number of pages optimized.  If we combine some of our other services, such as affiliate marketing or link generation services, which also contribute to rankings, then your cost will be more.

The actual search engine positioning will depend on which keywords selected, the supply of web pages with these optimized keywords and the demand for these selected keywords. iNamics has the tools and proven skills to complete this work, as we have for many of our clients.  But besides having this expertise, when you really come down to the nuts and bolts, it’s the time we spend, the expertise we have and the software tools we use.  We are also reachable by calling our 800 toll free number, when you need to speak with us.  If fact, we schedule regular phone meetings with clients to review our progress and seek approvals. iNamics tries to get our clients to commit to a year-long contract in increments of 3 months reviews. In reality, one should never stop SEO maintenance or else they risk dropping in the rankings, for which they paid.  The maintenance phase of our program is a very important element determining your success and pay-back.  It is discussed below in further detail.

Detailed Explanation of iNamics SEO Services:

We break down the work into the following phases:

1. Primary SEO Optimization:
   1. Set up – gaining access to web pages, source code and statistics.
      1. Included in our fee is an on-line statistics service we set up for you using proprietary software.
      
      
   2. Keyword Analysis & Development:
      1. This work entails developing the keywords to be used in the campaign, based on the science behind keyword selection, by breaking down the keywords into various types, including branded, generic and specific.   This could be broken down into laymen's and technical keyword terms.
         
         
      2. Studying the competitiveness of the terms (the amount of competing companies using such terms), the count (the number of web users who have used such keywords in prior months).  We have a formula we use to determine if the desired keyword has too many optimized competing websites, too low a count, etc.  This helps our clients receive the ROI for the SEO/Keywords received.
         
         
   3. Search Engine Optimization:
      1. This involves on-page optimization, working with the pages and manipulating source code.
         
         
      2. This may also require making changes in the displayed text, as further noted below, which would be reviewed and approved by you and/or your execution team before any of these types of changes are made:
         
         • Invisible Page Optimizing
           Working with the html code, including the coding of all necessary meta tags.
         • Visible Page Optimizing
           Including, SEO copywriting, keyword placement, frequency, density, style etc.
   
   
2. Fine-tuning - optimizing and re-optimizing the pages:
   1. Based on performing on-going visitor behavioral analysis, we fine tune the pages according to such "analytics", determining what is working in our SEO campaign; e.g. which keywords are working, which cross-promotions (e.g. if a company offers a coupon) and which pages are being visited the most and for how long...etc.  This “tweaking” phase that SEOs talk about, in the initial set-up, takes about 1 month.  It normally takes 2-3 months to get indexed in Yahoo, 5-6 months to get indexed in Google.  With this in mind, it takes normally 2-3 months to see results in the Search Engine Results Pages, which is why it is in your best interest to continue with your chosen SEO Company, no matter who you chose initially.  There are some techniques to speed this up that we can use, but this is typically depends on what the client is offering and if a linking program is being implemented along with SEO.
      
      
   2. Since ranking algorithms change constantly and the search engine industry is always in flux, SEO work should never } you want to maintain your rakings once they are established.  This “fine-tuning” would continue for as long as your SEO contract you sign with iNamics is in effect. (See Maintenance phase below.)
      
      
   3. Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS):
      1. In the initial set-up, which takes about 1 month, it normally takes 2-3 months to get indexed in Yahoo, 5-6 months to get indexed in Google.  We this in mind, it takes normally 2-3 months to see results in the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS).
         
         
      2. Google has a majority of the search engine market share.  So to see the results in this search engine, it requires at least, normally, 5-6 months or longer.  Based on this, our projects are typically 6 months to 1 year in duration.  No SEO company can promise to have you listed in Google in less the 5 months, unless they use a paid-listing service -- and Google at this time doesn’t offer this.  Google states that it takes time which means you must be patient.  In addition, after being indexed in Yahoo, which normally is after 2-3 months, then the fine tuning begins. However, as stated above, there are some techniques we can use to try and speed your listing along, but this is typically depends on what the client is offering and if a linking program is being implemented along with SEO.
         
         
      3. The fine tuning phase is based on studying the web statistics program generated by the log files (which is included in our program, as a part of our service, that's accessible anytime by you).  Tweaking the site based on analyzing the web stats, would be performed from the third month (after getting listed in Yahoo), for as long as you choose.
         
         
3. Off-Page Optimization (Extra costs):
   1. As touched upon above, establishing “back links” is an important variable in search engine algorithms, and certain directories are known as authority sites.  Getting listed in such will improve one's rankings.  Below is a list of extra services iNamics can provide at an extra cost, which you should consider doing in order to help improve your search engine rakings:
      1. Link Building Campaign
      2. Press Releases
      3. Directory Submissions (Authority Sites such as Yahoo Directory, DMOZ Open Directory etc.):
      4. Paid Directory Submissions; e.g. Yahoo Directory
      5. Free Directory Submission, eg. Dmoz Open Directory (Google's)
      
      
      
   2. Internet Marketing:
      1. Press Releases
      2. Newsletters
      3. Directory Submissions
      4. Link Campaign Building Programs
      5. Affiliate Program
      6. Email Campaigns, etc.
      
      
      While all this additional activity generates traffic to one's site, accumulating links that point to one's site through another site also, more importantly, improves “link popularity” which is considered important by search engines when ranking sites.  Also, press releases and directory submissions, etc., also generate traffic because the press releases and articles, along with opt-in email campaigns all contain links pointing to the author/company's site, hence an increase in traffic.
      
      
4. SEO maintenance
   1. SEO maintenance should continue after the initial phase (phase 1) and will be done on-going during the initial first 3 months.  But after this 3 month contact with iNamics SEO expires, you would need to renew with us, because in order to see the full effect of our work, projects typically last 6 months to 1 year in duration, which is why we ask for a contract for this long, and we discount accordingly to provide our clients with an incentive to commit to us for such a long duration.  Frankly, again, improving your rankings doesn't happen overnight.  It takes diligent, hard work, and lots of time, knowledge and effort.
      
      
   2. The internet marketing efforts should also be viewed as on-goings, and companies need to include Internet marketing along with SEO maintenance in their annual budgets. One should continuously submit press releases, acquire incoming links, submit to relevant directories and continue email campaigns, for instance, to further increase traffic and conversions to one's site.  iNamics is your one-stop solution to which you can outsource this complete responsibility to.

iNamics does not use any methods that have been known to get sites banned from search engines, such as cloaking, link farm participation, hidden content, inter-client linking, creation of skeletal portals for linking, spam doorway pages, auto generated content, blog spam, forum spam, click fraud, and any other activity to to get sites banned from search engines.
